Josiane Muaka
Businesswoman, entrepreneur & founder of J3 Beauté
Josiane Muaka — businesswoman, entrepreneur and founder of J3 Beauté — has built several companies over the years in beauty, training and real estate.
A teacher by profession, with a background in computer science and nursing, she chose to devote her career, expertise and passion to esthetics, with a commitment to offering premium services and quality training to the Gatineau–Ottawa community and across Canada.
Driven by the desire to make a real difference, she founded J3 Beauté, a multidisciplinary centre where excellence, professionalism and personal guidance are at the heart of every service.
Today, J3 Beauté is a premium beauty centre open seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., bringing together a dynamic team of more than 30 professionals ready to meet the needs of a diverse clientele.
Adeline Tsague
Manager & entrepreneur
Adeline Tsague is a self-taught entrepreneur — ambitious and deeply committed to work done well. An accountant and manager by training, she spent seven years at an accounting firm, where she helped the companies in her care stay compliant and grow, and above all represented and defended them during tax audits in Cameroon, her home country.
From 2018 to 2021, she took over the administrative and financial management of a newly created company. She ran it masterfully, developed and expanded it and, thanks to her expertise, grew it across several branches, allowing its owner to diversify his investments.
Having arrived in Canada in November 2021, she first devoted a full year to her family. Once that time had passed, she returned to a childhood passion — at first just for pleasure — but her meticulous, polished work left no one indifferent. A lover of beauty and wellbeing, she decided to turn this old passion into a noble profession, with a mission to make a difference and become a role model in this new adventure.
Today a partner of J3 Beauté, a premium beauty centre, she brings her personal touch to it. Eager to enhance her valued clientele, boost their self-esteem and honour their elegance, she is committed to offering each of them unwavering support.

Always guided by attention to detail and a desire to share her knowledge, she also created a training school offering several crafts under one roof. The school was designed to help women, men and anyone wishing to acquire new skills learn a rewarding trade and access new professional opportunities.
